Our policies are designed to ensure a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days before check-in — full refund (excluding processing fees)
  • 3–7 days before check-in — 50% refund of booking fee
  • Less than 3 days before check-in — no refund
  • No-show — no refund will be provided
  • Rescheduling allowed once, minimum 48 hours before check-in
  • Approved refunds processed within 5–10 working days

Check-in & Check-out

  • Guest House check-in from 6:00 PM · check-out by 12:00 PM
  • Apartment check-in from 8:00 AM · check-out by 6:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out available on request
  • Additional charges may apply for early or late requests
  • Valid ID may be required at check-in
  • Extensions subject to availability and additional payment

Guest Responsibilities

  • Treat the property and furniture with care
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay
  • Respect neighbours and the environment
  • Keep noise to a moderate level at all times
  • Only booked number of guests may occupy the room
  • Damage caused will attract repair or replacement cost

Payment Policy

  • We accept Paystack, debit/credit cards, bank transfer and international cards
  • Full payment or deposit required to confirm booking
  • Balance must be completed before or at check-in
  • Pay on arrival available on request
  • All payments are encrypted and secure
  • We do not store your card details on our website

House Rules

To ensure comfort and safety for all guests, the following rules apply.

Not allowed inside rooms. Designated smoking areas may be provided.

Parties & Visitors

Parties not allowed without prior approval. Visitors must be declared to management.

Security

Lock doors and windows when leaving. Management not responsible for lost belongings.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

Damages

Guests responsible for any damage. Cost of repair or replacement will be charged.

Noise & Behaviour

Guests expected to behave responsibly. Excessive noise not allowed especially at night.

Pets

Pets may not be allowed unless approved in advance by management.

Late Check-out

Late check-out may attract extra charges. Please inform management in advance.
