Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Assorted Stays Short-let & Guest House. By booking our apartment or guest room, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed through our website, WhatsApp, email or approved booking platform. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and a confirmation message has been sent.

Bookings can be made through:

  • Website booking system
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Approved booking platforms

2. Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods include debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer, online payment gateway and international cards. Bookings may require full payment or part payment (deposit). Balance payment must be completed before or at check-in.

3. Check-in & Check-out Times

Guest House: Check-in from 6:00 PM · Check-out by 12:00 PM

Apartment: Check-in from 8:00 AM · Check-out by 6:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may attract additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat the property with care
  • Avoid damaging furniture or appliances
  • Maintain cleanliness
  • Respect neighbours and environment
  • Avoid illegal activities on the premises
  • Keep noise level moderate

Any damage caused by a guest may attract repair or replacement costs.

5. Number of Occupants

Only the number of guests stated in the booking are allowed. Additional guests must be approved by management. Extra charges may apply.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking inside rooms (except designated areas)
  • Illegal activities
  • Hosting parties without permission
  • Excessive noise
  • Possession of dangerous items

Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate booking if a guest violates any terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and management.

1. Cancellation by Guest

More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund excluding payment processing charges.

3 – 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of booking fee.

Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.

2. No Show

Failure to arrive on check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a No Show. No refund will be provided.

3. Rescheduling Booking

Guests may reschedule booking once, subject to availability. Request must be made at least 48 hours before check-in.

4. Cancellation by Management

If a booking is cancelled by management due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days depending on the payment provider.

6. Non-refundable Fees

Service charges, transaction fees or administrative charges may not be refundable.

3. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our website.

4. Your Rights

You may request to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your data where applicable. Requests can be made via email.

5. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.

House Rules

To ensure comfort and safety for all guests, the following rules apply to all apartments and guest house rooms.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 2:00 PM · Check-out: 12:00 PM

Late check-out may attract extra charges.

Behaviour

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Excessive noise is not allowed especially at night.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside rooms. Designated smoking areas may be provided.

Parties & Events

Parties or gatherings are not allowed without prior approval from management.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Cost of repair or replacement may be charged.

Visitors

Visitors must be declared to management. Overnight stay of undeclared visitors is not allowed.

Security

Guests should ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment. Management is not responsible for lost personal belongings.

Pets

Pets may not be allowed unless approved in advance.

Illegal Activities

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to terminate stay without refund if rules are violated.
